Google search-based Keyword Tool

To find hot niches you can also utilize Google's powerful Search-based tool found here http://google.com/sktool.

Simply head to the tool and select the link that says , "Or see top keywords across all categories"

The left hand side of the page will have a list of categories of terms searched on for Google.
Click on any of the categories that may interest you. You can select any of subcategories listed. On the right you will see a list of keywords in that category that are receiving a large amount of search queries each month. You will also see the amount people are paying to advertise each of these keywords. The higher a suggested bid is, the higher the competition.

Use your creativity and think of niche site based on these results.
